- Click the Lock Icon next to the Address Bar at the top of the page
- Toggle Flash to Allow
- Reload the page
Firefox
- Go to the Address Bar at the top of the page
- Click the Plugin button on the left side
- Click Allow
- Reload the page
Internet Explorer
- Click the Gear Icon on the top right of your browser
- Click Manage Add-ons
- Right click on Shockwave Flash Object
- Click More Information
- Click Remove All Sites
- Click Close
- Ensure Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled
- Reload the login page
- Click Allow when prompted at the bottom
Safari
- Click Safari on the top left
- Click Preferences…
- Click Websites
- Go to Plug-ins on the bottom left
- Ensure Adobe Flash Player is checked: If Adobe Flash Player does NOT show up, follow the link below to download and install it: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Under “When visiting other websites:” select Off
- Under Currently Open Websites set app.dedoose.com to On
- Click Done
- Reload
